The DGM had been promoted to the position of Deputy Director and would be leaving today. Before she left, however, she gave me a black wallet! Cool! Of course, she gave my other colleagues little gifts as well, but I must admit I was quite surprised to see that they were small packets of green herbal tea. o.O That's funny, why is my gift different from theirs?
I'm sure going to miss her, though. She's always treated me well during our infrequent interactions, even though my position is so much lower than hers. I hope the new DGM is as nice as her!
